Adjudicator

An adjudicator has a judicial role, listening to disputes at an adjudication hearing, questioning the parties involved, making site visits if necessary, analysing the evidence and deciding on the issues.

As professional construction adjudicators, we are able to offer the following services:

• Qualified RICS and TeCSA registered adjudicators to decide in construction and property disputes
• Qualified RICS and TeCSA registered adjudicators to act as consultants, supplying impartial advice and offering a range of services to support you through the adjudication process – read more on our adjudication page (NB, in this situation the consultant would not also act as adjudicator)
